The Process

Step 1

Come to Custom Monument and meet with us to see how best we can help you and your family through this process. Factors such as granite availability, cemetery regulations, personal preferences, and budget can impact this process. Let us see how we can help. 

Step 2

Once a monument is selected, we will sit down with you to design the monument to properly reflect and honor the life that it represents.

Step 3

After the design is approved, the monument will be sourced from our warehouse or ordered from one of our many granite suppliers. We will keep you updated throughout this process. After the monument is received, it is cleaned, prepped, and engraved.

Step 4

After the monument is completed at our facility, it will be prepped for installation at the cemetery. Our team will load the monument and all necessary tools and equipment needed to properly and safely install the monument at its site. Once the monument is installed, we will contact you to see it in person or send you pictures.

All of the monuments in our showroom are clearly marked with prices.  The price you receive from us will be the total price including the monument, design, engraving, delivery and installation of the monument in the cemetery.

Pre-Arranged Monument Plan

 With our Pre-Arranged Monument Plan, all of your memorial needs are taken care of pre-need. This plan allows you to participate in the design of your memorial, make decisions with family members, and arrange for installation in the cemetery pre-need.
